PAYMENT & TRACKING

ClickBank is the exclusive retailer of Subliminal Tuning. To promote Subliminal Tuning, you must be a registered ClickBank affiliate. To do this you will have to establish an account at ClickBank.com. Please note that you are acting as an affiliate for ClickBank and therefore must adhere to all of ClickBank’s terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://accounts.clickbank.com/terms.html

Once you are a registered ClickBank affiliate you’ll be able to send traffic through a special ClickBank generated affiliate link. For every purchase made by a customer you’ve referred, ClickBank will distribute the profits between the Publisher (Subliminal Tuning) & the Affiliate (You). You will automatically be credited 70% commission for ALL sales that result from traffic you send through your special ClickBank affiliate link, including 50% on ALL upsells. Once you start promoting, ClickBank will take care of the rest. They will track the sale all the way from your link to the final purchase. ClickBank will pay you for the commissions earned directly to your mailing address or via bank transfer or PayPal.

ADVERTISING

All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the federal trade commission act (“FTC act”), the controlling the assault of non-solicited pornography and marketing act of 2003 (“can-spam act”), federal trade commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC act and the can-spam act, the FTC’s guides concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising (“FTC testimonials guide”), the national advertising division decisions of the better business bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Affiliates are forbidden to present themselves, in any way, shape or form as the creators or owners of the subliminal tuning system/program/product. Any affiliate falsely representing themselves as the creator(s) or owner(s) of subliminal tuning will be immediately removed from the Subliminal Tuning affiliate program.

Affiliates are also not allowed to create webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of the BFF product. You can, however, create webpages, social media pages or accounts of your own, or create ones that are for general use in the Self-Help, Law of Attraction, Spirituality and Positive Thinking niches. Affiliates are also not allowed to create apps or giveaways using the Subliminal Tuning brand. That is, please do not represent any product created by you or someone hired by you as ours.

Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Subliminal Tuning from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms above. Subliminal Tuning shall not be responsible for approving any Affiliate ads or any other marketing endeavours. Compliance is solely on the shoulders of the Affiliate and the Affiliate represents and warrants that it shall have legal review of all Affiliate ads and materials for all necessary and required compliance. Affiliates take full responsibility for their advertising.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Subliminal Tuning has a Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from You, the sender. Any affiliate found to be sending SPAM emails to promote this program will have their account terminated immediately.
